When a digital order can be cancelled or refunded and how to report a problem.

Change-of-mind cancellation
Change-of-mind cancellation normally remains available for 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. If you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of that right, it ends when supply begins.
This store supplies downloads immediately after successful payment. To complete an immediate-download order, you must give separate express consent using the unticked checkbox and acknowledge that the cancellation right will end when supply begins. If you do not want supply to begin during the cancellation period, do not pay and contact customer support before ordering.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
Loss of the change-of-mind right does not affect statutory rights where digital content is not of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known to us, as described, or where we do not have the right to supply it.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be repair or replacement, followed by an appropriate price reduction up to the full price where a compliant repair or replacement is impossible or is not provided within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience.
Requesting help, cancellation or a refund
Email customer support with the order number, purchase email, affected file and a concise description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details. We may request evidence needed to reproduce a technical fault.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless the law requires or you expressly agree to another method.
