IslamicVisuals serves customers fairly and does not refuse or disadvantage a customer because of disability, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, pregnancy or maternity, age, marriage or civil partnership, or another status protected by applicable law.

Our subject matter may be inspired by Islamic art and culture; customers do not need to hold any particular religion or belief to browse, buy or request support.

Accessibility and reasonable adjustments

We aim to make product information, checkout, downloads and support usable with common assistive technology. If a disability creates a barrier, contact support and explain the adjustment or alternative format that would help.

We will consider reasonable adjustments individually and will not charge a disabled customer for a reasonable adjustment required to access the service.

Reporting a barrier

Tell us the page or file affected, the device or assistive technology used, and the result you expected. We will investigate and offer a practical alternative where reasonably possible.
