Digital products

Products sold by this storefront are digital content; no physical item is shipped. The product page and checkout identify the files, price, currency, material compatibility information, delivery method and licence that form part of your order.

Check the product, format, compatibility, quantity, billing country, price and email address before paying. Contact support before purchase if material information is unclear.

Order and payment

Your order is an offer to buy the selected content. A contract is formed when payment succeeds and we display an order confirmation. If we cannot accept or supply the order, we will not keep payment for it.

The final checkout total is the amount payable, including any unavoidable charge shown there. The payment button makes clear that clicking it creates a payment obligation.

Delivery and access

After successful payment and valid consent to immediate supply, download access is provided on the order confirmation or account order page. Keep a local backup of delivered files and contact support promptly if access fails.

A product-specific licence shown on the product page or included with the files forms part of the contract. If none is stated, the Standard Digital Licence applies.

Cancellation, faults and refunds

The separate Digital delivery, cancellation and refunds policy explains the 14-day cancellation period, immediate-supply consent, and remedies for faulty, misdescribed, incompatible or unavailable content. Those statutory remedies are not excluded.

Liability and governing protections

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain available.
