Licence grant

After full payment, and unless the product page or supplied files state a different licence, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the downloaded artwork in personal projects and commercial end products.

You may resize, crop, recolour or combine the artwork with other elements and may deliver a finished end product to a client. The licence is limited to the purchased files and does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or storefront branding.

Prohibited uses

• Do not sell, share, sublicense or redistribute the original or substantially unchanged source files, whether alone, in a bundle or through a template or download service.
• Do not make the source files extractable from an end product or claim exclusive ownership of the unmodified artwork.
• Do not use the artwork as a trademark or service mark without separate written permission.
• Do not use the artwork for unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, defamatory or rights-infringing material.

Client work and termination

A client may use the finished end product you create, but does not receive the reusable source files unless the product-specific licence expressly permits that transfer. Each additional person who needs the reusable source files needs their own licence.

The licence ends if you materially breach it and do not remedy the breach after notice where remedy is possible. Rights and remedies that arose before termination remain unaffected.
